In the autumn, we will be releasing a new version of Web Room Booking, version 2.0. This will be the first full Web Room Booking version integrated with Enterprise Portal and Authorisation Manager, providing institutions with the ability to authorise which locations each user is authorised to book, provisionally book and request. This version will also have an option to allow multiple location selection in a single booking – ideal for meetings involving staff based in different locations, e.g. via video-conferencing.
