The Board of Scientia Limited is pleased to announce the acquisition of Pythagoras International Limited through the creation of a new holding company for the expanded group Scientia Resource Management Limited.

The transaction brings together Scientia Limited, at present the market leader in the complex scheduling of human and other critical resources in the Higher Education markets worldwide, with the property, space resource and environmental assessment skills and products of Pythagoras International Limited to provide a complete human and physical resource management suite of sophisticated software products.

SRM will be headquartered in Cambridge UK with a global reach and operations in Sweden and Norway, Germany, Australia, the Middle East and China. The merger will create a group with annual sales of over £6 million with software development centres in Cambridge and Stockholm and customer support operations encompassing the world. This will enable the group to better support its clients in its various markets and provide a full range of targeted services thereby allowing its clients to reduce costs through the better management of their physical and human resources.
